10/10 to Jerome for going out of his way to be helpful and locating our luggage. Qantas did not advise us our luggage wasn’t loaded in Perth, yes we were early to check in, but when we called the call centre in Phillipines they disconnected us twice. After 2 hours of trying Qantas, Jerome from Kununurra airport took over and we were kept up to date and our luggage delivered. Well done Jerome.

Only one place to eat in the airport and the food is lousy and absurdly expensive. Also Virgin travel here is lousy. Never seen them use the priority boarding.

Air North plane failed to arrive due to pilot shortages and a whole flight needed rooms at short notice. On-ground staff and airport staff were amazing, and even locals dropping people off - they all pitched in and found us rooms (town was booked out). Outstanding! Thanks Kununurra!

Lovely clean little building, shame i didn’t know there is no bar or cafe in the departure. Eat or drink before get through security check!! Should really have one in departure area or write a sign for everyone to know.

Nice fresh clean and modern airport great friendly staff good facilities But.Don't expect to get your bags in a hurry from the plane, expect 30 - 45 minutes wait for bag's to be offloaded. WHY? No one knows?
